Victoria Fritz

Victoria Fritz is a professional chef and former restaurant owner. She is a Benedictine Oblate and serves as manager of the kitchen at St. Paul’s Monastery. Victoria and her team cook all of the meals at the Monastery from scratch, building the menu around the produce from the CSA shares from Fresh Earth Farms. She loves her “Magic” Combitherm Oven that cooks with steam and traditional convection at the same time.
