REFUND POLICY
Deposits for group conferences are non-refundable, unless the conference is cancelled more than 30 days in advance. Deposits for events cancelled prior to 30 days in advance may be refunded or reapplied to a future event (if rescheduled within 30 days). Deposits for programs and retreats are refundable when reservations are cancelled in advance. A cancellation fee of $5 for small events and $25 for large events applies. The Benedictine Center reserves the right to waive cancellation in special circumstances. Deposits may also be reapplied to other events within three months.
CHANGES IN POLICY
St. Paul’s Monastery reserves the right modify, alter, delete and update these policies at any time we see fit. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a previous version of these conditions.
